Before the massage, she took the time to discuss any specific areas of concern and the type of pressure I preferred. With training I really prefer a deep tissue and she did an amazing job!
The massage itself was nothing short of heavenly. Tara's technique was expert, and I could tell she had a deep understanding of the art of massage therapy. (I think she said over 10 years experience) I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud, completely rejuvenated and relaxed.
